Every session is private. We use Jitsi's open-source, self-hostable video stack so your patient data never touches third-party servers.
Jitsi uses DTLS-SRTP encryption for all video/audio streams. No one — not even us — can intercept your session.
Sessions are never recorded or stored by default. Optional recording requires explicit dual consent from both parties.
For full US HIPAA compliance, self-host Jitsi and sign a Business Associate Agreement with your hosting provider.
